The Molding Department in the Nogales Mexico facility does injection molding with PEEK and torlon, composite molding with glass filled resin, rubber molding and ceramic molding. The Molding Department team reporting to this manager includes around 120 hourly employees, process engineers, and supervisors. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and assuring the execution of production flow of quality product through the Molding Department to meet company revenue goals. This manager will report to the AAO Optimize Operations Director. Extensive technical knowledge in molding and molding sciences, experience working in molding in a manufacturing environment and previous leadership experience is required.
