SummaryQualified candidates for this position will supervise an energetic team that supports customers with information such as pricing, availability and backlog reporting plus help with product selection and application guidance.  This position reports to Director of Commercial Sales, Dave Kiesling.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring Times Microwave provides a high-quality customer experience. Lead, motivate and support a team of approximately 8 customer service representatives. Improve processes to streamline activities, raise customer service quality.  Create and monitor metrics to measure effectiveness such as quote response time, order entry time, etc. Develop standard training tools to help introduce new people into the team and ensure a basic level of understanding across team members. Coordinate with the sales teams on quote tracking, win/loss reporting and customer service metrics. Customer service responsibility for a few key accounts. Serve as an escalation point for customer complaints. Help other functions within the company to resolve customer issues such as credit limits, collections, returns, etc. Manage expectations between customers and the company on lead times, expedites, and availability.Qualifications/Requirements Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 8-years’ experience in inside sales &/or customer service with supervisory responsibility Highly organized and personable with a “roll your sleeves up, let’s get this done” attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiar with ERP systems – preferably Oracle Experience working in a manufacturing company a plus. Able to communicate effectively in a variety of ways – phone, email, etc.

Times Microwave Systems is currently recruiting a Program Manager: Support customers both internal and external with product recommendations, custom product solutions and key account program management.RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Technical Support to Field/Inside Sales, 3rd Party Sales Representatives and directly to Customers. Travel as required. Work with the Product and Engineering teams to Design and Develop custom products and solutions. Define specifications, product attributes and develop prototypes. Manage development projects for Key Accounts & product management. This includes coordinating with Sales and Customer Service, Engineering, Operations and Quality teams. Work with Sales and Marketing to develop sales tools including marketing materials and promotional programs, plus training of the sales force and distribution channels. Develop business opportunities together with Sales – particularly for new products at targeted major accounts. Take charge and lead in addressing problems, opportunities and other “hot spots” in a quick, decisive and effective manner. Conduct and facilitate regular customer meetings – traveling to customer sites as needed. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS BS in Engineering or similar technical discipline Commercial business experience a plus 3-5 years’ experience in Electro-Mechanical Design/Manufacturing environment desired Experience with RF interconnect products, coaxial cable &/or related products preferredSKILLS AND ABILITY EXPECTATIONS Familiarity with RF Interconnect products, coaxial cables &/or related products. Familiarity with specification/blueprint reading, materials and process specifications. Highly motivated, self-starting personality with desire to directly impact the success of the company Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective Communication and excellent Presentation skills.
