Times Microwave Systems is currently recruiting an Applications Engineer: Support customers both internal and external with product recommendations, custom product solutions and key account program management.RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Technical Support to Field/Inside Sales, 3rd Party Sales Representatives and directly to Customers. Travel as required. Work with the Product and Engineering teams to Design and Develop custom products and solutions. Define specifications, product attributes and develop prototypes. Manage development projects for Key Accounts & product management. This includes coordinating with Sales and Customer Service, Engineering, Operations and Quality teams. Work with Sales and Marketing to develop sales tools including marketing materials and promotional programs, plus training of the sales force and distribution channels. Develop business opportunities together with Sales – particularly for new products at targeted major accounts. Conduct and facilitate regular customer meetings – traveling to customer sites as needed. SummaryThe Assistant Quality Manager assists the Quality Manager in providing leadership for the Quality Engineering and Inspection functions. The Assistant Manager works closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales and Program Management to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend/implement solutions that improve product quality.
